These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Salt & Skin Studio’s services and website. By booking or attending services, you agree to these terms.
Use of memberships and packages is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Salt & Skin Studio is not responsible for reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or improper use of home care products. Services are provided within the scope of Tennessee cosmetology licensure.
Client information is collected and stored securely for the purpose of managing appointments and communications.

Appointment-Only Studio
Salt & Skin Studio is an appointment-only boutique studio. This allows for personalized care, privacy, and an unhurried experience for each client. We kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes early to allow time for consultation and completion of any required intake forms. Booking & Payments
All services must be booked in advance. A valid card may be required to secure your appointment. Pricing is based on time and service reserved.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We respectfully request 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. This policy helps ensure availability and fairness for all clients.
Late Arrivals
To honor scheduled appointment times, late arrivals may result in a shortened service. Full service pricing may still apply.
Health, Wellness & Illness Policy
Your comfort and safety are our priority. Please inform us prior to your appointment of any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or concerns that may affect your service. If you are experiencing symptoms of illness—including fever, cough, congestion, or have had recent exposure to COVID-19 or other contagious conditions—we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. There is no penalty for rescheduling due to illness.
Scope of Services
All services provided at Salt & Skin Studio are cosmetic and non-medical in nature and are performed strictly within the scope of Tennessee cosmetology licensure. Services are intended for relaxation, skin refreshment, and overall comfort.
Age Requirement
For the comfort of all guests and in accordance with studio policy, clients must be 18 years of age or older. No services are provided to minors.
Studio Etiquette
To preserve a peaceful environment, we ask that mobile devices be silenced during your service. Additional guests and children are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made.
Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of services, refunds are not offered. If you have concerns regarding your experience, please contact us promptly so we may address them.
Right to Refuse Service
Salt & Skin Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time to ensure safety, comfort, professionalism, and adherence to studio policies.
